Video: Fly Fishing for Atlantic Salmon in Newfoundland

It’s off to fly fish for Atlantic salmon in Newfoundland in a video from the New Fly Fisher.

From the New Fly Fisher:

“In this special video, Colin McKeown travels to northern Newfoundland to fly fish for fresh run Atlantic Salmon…and also take in all the natural wonders this region has to offer. It’s the third week of July and salmon are coming up local rivers and they willing take small topwater flies known as ‘bugs’. Colin is the guest of Tuckamore Lodge which is one of the most famous lodges in all of Newfoundland because of the excellent food & accommodations BUT also because it is close to incredible natural wonders. You can take a boat tour to get close to icebergs, whales, porpoises, and much more. Visit Gros Morne National Park which is incredibly beautiful, visit L’Anse Meadows which is the site of a Viking settlement from over a thousand years ago. There is so much to see and do, plus enjoy fantastic salmon fishing!”
