Video: Fly Fishing for Tigerfish on the Zambezi River

Friend of The Venturing Angler, Will Phelps, made his way to the Zambezi River recently where he took on African tigerfish on the fly.

From Will Phelps:

“The Mighty Zambezi is one of Africa’s great rivers. You can find hippos, crocs, elephants, along many other creatures. However, we are here for what swims within the deep channels- The African tigerfish. Tigerfish are predatory freshwater fish, known widely for their interlocking, razor-sharp teeth. They have streamlined, muscular bodies, and are extremely aggressive predators who often hunt in groups.”
