Lesotho is now getting on the radar of many anglers for the breathtaking backcountry angling and the diversity of species (trout and yellowfish) for anglers to sightfish for. Now a new video takes on the trout of the region.

“Scotty (@cartel_flyfishing) did some digging into rivers that should hold fish in them, then found the tributaries of those rivers which eventually led to the river we hiked into. Loaded with printed out google maps and no idea of what to expect we hiked down 800m in altitude across 12km with 25kg+ backpacks for what was one of the greatest and most satisfying fly fishing adventures I have ever done.”
