Trailer: Fly Fishing the Amazon Basin in “Kendjam”

“Kendjam” (Trailer) – Official Selection, IF4™ 2017 from IF4™ on Vimeo.

The Venturing Angler has put a good bit of focus on Kendjam in recent months, highlighting the diverse jungle fishery down there. Now a new film will capture some of the adventure to be had down there.

From the IF4:

“Kendjam features a unique fly-fishing adventure deep in the Amazon Forest on rivers running through a wild land protected by Kayapo Warriors. Join anglers Jeff Currier and Ben Furimsky in this first-ever film about fly fishing on the previously forbidden Kayapo rivers. The crystal clear waters are full of aggressive fish species all eager to take a fly. Only at IF4™ in 2017!

Filmmaker: Old Hat Films”
