When fly anglers hear “New England,” many almost immediately think “striped bass.” The region frequently hosts anglers to fanatically chase these bluewater beasts from beach to boats, and the sizes are sometimes incredible.

In the photo above from Rhode Island guide, Capt. Rene Letourneau of On the Rocks Charters, angler Scott McEnaney displays a nice catch on the fly.
