Though not necessarily regarded as new, the Sage Fishing Backpack is worthy of praise.
This pack is large capacity, thereby serving as a travel piece, but is is also low profile, waterproof, and comfortable, thus allowing the back to work as a perfect pack for backcountry fly fishing, the flats, or other scenarios in which you might want to carry more gear, food, water, et cetera. Speaking of gear, the pack also has a rod holder that allows either free hands or an extra magic wand.
