Artist and author, James Prosek has wowed fly fishing audiences with his impressive research and detailed renderings of angling’s aquatic targets. Most likely, the majority of those who frequent The Venturing Angler have seen his popular publication, Trout: An Illustrated History.
Prosek now offers anglers a new title, Ocean Fishes. Ocean Fishes details (in word and in image) 35 of the most popular saltwater gamefish. The book is a compilation of original life-sized watercolor paintings that replicates each specie to scale. Like with Trout, Prosek has impressed again.
