Bonds on the water and passing on traditions are the focus of Oly’s Dean — a new film coming from Patagonia.
From Patagonia:
“The Dean River in British Columbia is known for its wild steelhead. But for 9-year-old Oly Hickman, it’s something else entirely—a place to explore on his own terms. He moves between the river and the bank, following whatever catches his attention. For his dad, Jeff Hickman, it’s changed the way he sees things, too. ‘He teaches me to see the world with a bit more wonder and appreciation.’
It’s a reminder that learning doesn’t just go one way.”
