Palm City, FL — Chittum Boatworks announced the release of the all-new Chittum 24 Bay, marking the first bay boat in the company’s history. The model is scheduled to start production in spring of 2026, with pre-bookings now open for build slots beginning in April.
Designed to deliver offshore capability without sacrificing the technical precision Chittum is known for, the 24 Bay accommodates up to 500 horsepower while maintaining exceptional
strength-to-weight efficiency through vacuum-infusion, full carbon laminates, and three-piece construction. Measuring 24’5” in length with a 9’1” beam and a 15-degree deadrise, the hull is engineered to handle big-water conditions while drafting as little as 14 inches, depending on engine configuration. Fuel capacity totals up to 100 gallons, achieved through a standard 65-gallon tank with an optional 35-gallon auxiliary tank.
Staying true to the brand’s performance-first philosophy, the Chittum design team incorporated oversized spray rails and a no-slap hull—hallmarks of the company’s specialized skiff designs. Standard features include more than 60 gallons of livewell capacity, oversized walk-around gunwales with integrated rod storage capable of accommodating fly and conventional rods, and a console designed to accept up to a 22-inch multi-function display.
